In this tutorial, I will discuss how to use Certifast in general and what you need to know when using it.
To move around the canvas, you can use the hand tool by clicking the Hand
icon on the toolbar or by pressing the H
key as a shortcut. Then, hold click and drag your mouse on the canvas to change your position.
For zooming, you can hold Ctrl
while scrolling with your mouse. Alternatively, you can use the zoom menu located at the right end of the Menubar.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z
. For redo, press Ctrl + Shift + Z
.
The first step is to create or download a certificate design template. You can find certificate templates on websites like Canva .
Upload your design template to Certifast by dragging and dropping it or clicking the ‘Drop Certificate Here’ section to upload your template.
You can create dynamic text by clicking the Dynamic Text icon on the left toolbar. Then, left-click on the canvas to add dynamic text.
Next, input the data you want to generate by clicking the ‘Manage Data’ button on the right sidebar. You can manually type the data (e.g., participant names) or copy-paste it from an Excel file.
The final step is to click the “Generate Certificate” button located in the right sidebar. You can choose either PDF or JPG format for the final certificate output.
